Policy
All sales are final, except where the fault is ours. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
General Policy
All payments made to scrapyard.tf are final and non-refundable, except where the fault lies with us. You are not entitled to a refund for any reason on your end, including but not limited to unused time, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the service.
When We Refund
We will issue a refund only when the failure is our fault — for example, your bot not working, prolonged downtime, or any service failure originating from our end that prevents the service from functioning as described. Refunds in these cases are issued at our discretion and prorated for the affected period.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance in Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys at the start of each billing cycle. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited toward a future cycle unless the fault is ours as described above.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel — to end your service, simply stop paying the subscription. Your bot will remain active until the end of the current subscription period and will not renew once payment stops.
Out of Our Control
We do not issue refunds for losses outside our control, including Steam account bans, market fluctuations, trade losses, or interruptions caused by Steam or third-party services. The service is otherwise provided as-is.
How to Request a Refund
If the fault is ours, you may request a refund at any time up until the end of your current subscription period by opening a ticket in our Discord. Include your Steam ID and a description of the issue.
Withdraw Your Items First
Before requesting a refund, you must withdraw all items from the bot's inventory. Any items still in the bot after a refund has been processed will be lost — we are not responsible for recovering them.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned in Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys via a Steam trade to your account. We do not refund backpack.tf Premium or any other third-party add-ons.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is a violation of these terms and will result in instant account suspension and termination of all services. Any items remaining in the bot at that time are forfeit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who attempts to reverse a finalized payment.
Governing Terms
This Refund Policy is subject to regular changes — please make sure you are aware of any updates. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service govern, and the version in effect at the time of your payment applies.
